Terms and Conditions
Please read my Do's and Don't list, as well as my ToS below before commissioning me. By commissioning me, you agree to all of my Terms and Conditions.
Do's and Don'ts
✔️ Humans, Animals, some animal/creature-like characters, creature design, chibis, mechs, armor.
❌ NSFW characters or images, Hentai or porn, certain Anthros, certain fandoms (my discretion at the time of commission), romantic couple's pictures (Exceptions may be made), Art related to anything overly controversial, or that I feel doesn't fit the feel or aesthetic I go for.
There may be room for exceptions so if you are unsure, please contact me and don't be afraid to ask!~
**disclaimer** I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason without giving a reason.
Any denied commission, what ever the reason, will be met with a "I'm sorry, I cannot fulfill that commission for you." response to keep things simple, straight forward, and clear. Please do not take this personally.
Terms of Service
Commissions are for personal use only. Please to NOT use any of my art for commercial purposes (i.e. making profit off by selling merchandise with my image on it, or using my art to advertise your business or your own self promotion.) However, you may print the pieces yourself for personal use. If I'm designing a logo or something for advertising purposes, there will be another fee associated with it.
I reserve the rights to post the process or final piece online or as a portfolio piece, but I will give the client credit, if desired, for the design if it is the client's original design.
Once again, I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason, without providing an explanation.
I do NOT give refunds. Once I've received money, I've started working. Please do not commission me unless you are certain you want my work.
Exceptions being ONLY if I cannot complete your commission due to personal circumstances, as long as I have not started the sketching process, you will receive a full refund. OR if I cancel, or you decide you want to cancel your order, but I have started it, you will be refunded 50% of the total price agreed upon the commissions start. See payments in "Commissions" for more info.
All payments are calculated in USD and will be made via Paypal
Paypal fees is NOT included in the price and must be paid by you.
Sales within the US 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
International sales 4.4% transaction fee plus a fixed fee based on currency received
I will calculate the transaction fee via Paypal and include it in your invoice once you are ready for payment.
2 Payments: Half of total price before I begin the art piece. I will show you a watermarked sketch to get your approval, then continue with the piece.
Once the other half of the payment has been processed, I will work to finish the piece.
You will receive a final unwatermarked high quality digital version after the art is finished.
**finished version of the piece will not be given until commission is paid in full.**I do not hold to a deadline and work on commissions in the order I receive them. However, I will do my very best to fill your order ASAP (Usually within a few weeks). If you have a deadline in mind, there is a rush fee (see "Commissions" page)
